SURPRISE! Holistic Health Coaching is not just about the foods you ingest.  Although having studied over 100 dietary theories, I will not put you on a “one-size-fits-all diet.” Many popular diets tend to be so restrictive, they often result in eventual failure. In fact, the best diet is not a diet at all, but a way of life. As an Integrative Practitioner, I will help you explore ALL things that nourish and fulfill you in your daily life.

The “ingestible edibles” (what you eat)

I will partner with you to construct a personalized health plan founded on what foods are best for YOUR unique body and health concerns. We will identify your cravings and crowd them out with satisfying (even delicious) substitutes. You need not ever feel deprived or hungry!
